Why Can't I Find a Product on Your Website? International Shipping Restrictions ExplainedUpdated an hour ago
If you've searched for a Seeking Health product and landed on a "page not found" message, you're not alone — and you're not doing anything wrong. Here's what's going on and why it happens.
Why Some Product Pages Don't Appear
Product page visibility on our website is tied to where you're shipping. If a product page shows as "not found," it typically means the product currently can't be shipped to your country due to import regulations.
Here's the good news: this isn't a website glitch. Our system is designed to only show product pages for items we're able to legally ship to your location. If we're able to ship a product to you, its page will appear and you'll be able to add it to your cart as normal.
Shipping to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand
Customers in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand may notice that certain product pages aren't visible. This is due to import laws in these countries that currently restrict us from shipping specific products there.
If you're located in one of these countries and can't find a product you're looking for, this is likely why. We know this can be frustrating, especially if you've ordered the product from us before, and we appreciate your patience as international regulations continue to evolve.
A Special Note for Canadian Customers
If you're in Canada, there's an additional detail worth knowing: Canadian import regulations currently limit us to shipping a maximum of 2 bottles per order for certain products. Because of this restriction, 3-packs and 6-packs are not available for purchase by customers with a Canadian shipping address.
If you were expecting to order a multi-pack and it's unavailable, this is the reason. You're welcome to purchase up to 2 bottles of eligible products at a time.
