Optimal Woman is a comprehensive women's multivitamin formulated for women who are doing everything right but still feel tired, foggy, and run down. How It Works
At the core of the formula are active B vitamins your body recognizes and uses on contact. Rather than folic acid, Optimal Woman uses Quatrefolic® — the biologically active form of folate that bypasses the MTHFR conversion step entirely. Rather than cyanocobalamin, it uses three active forms of B12 through MecobalActive®. B6 and B2 are included in their active phosphate forms. Supporting the B vitamins are Albion® chelated minerals that absorb through amino acid pathways the same way nutrients in food do. Vitamin D3 at 4,000 IU is paired with vitaMK7® K2 to direct calcium into bones rather than arteries. The formula also includes a full liver support stack — Emothion® glutathione, Siliphos® milk thistle, alpha lipoic acid, VitaCholine®, and TMG — as well as a mitochondrial energy stack of MicroActive® CoQ10 and L-carnitine. Lutein and zeaxanthin support eye health. There is no iron and no folic acid, both by design.
Key Ingredients
Quatrefolic® Folate (800 mcg) is the active, methylated form of folate that bypasses MTHFR conversion — relevant for the 40 to 60 percent of women who carry a variant that makes synthetic folic acid difficult to use. MecobalActive® Vitamin B12 (1,000 mcg) delivers three active forms of B12 — methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin, and hydroxocobalamin — that cells can use immediately. Albion® Di-Magnesium Malate (150 mg) absorbs via amino acid pathways and feeds directly into cellular energy production. Vitamin D3 (4,000 IU) with vitaMK7® K2 supports bone density, cardiovascular health, mood, and immune function as a coordinated pair. MicroActive® CoQ10 and L-Carnitine (250 mg) support mitochondrial energy production for sustained, steady energy without stimulants. Emothion® Glutathione with Siliphos® Milk Thistle and Alpha Lipoic Acid support liver clearance of used hormones, environmental toxins, and metabolic byproducts.
Suggested Use
