What steps are taken when there is a discrepancy in the product quantity received?Updated a month ago
If you've received an order and noticed a discrepancy in the product quantity, such as receiving fewer items than ordered, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Wholesale Account Manager and inform them of the issue, stating the quantity discrepancy and product details.
- Request a credit memo for the missing unit(s).
We will create a credit for the missing item(s) on your account and provide you with a copy to confirm that the issue has been addressed.
