What should I do if I receive an incomplete shipment?Updated a month ago

If you find that your order shipment is incomplete, here's what you can do:

  1. Contact the supplier's Wholesale Accounts Manager as soon as possible, informing them of the specific product and quantity that is missing from your shipment.
  2. Request a credit memo for the incomplete items. This will adjust your account to reflect the discrepancy.

The supplier will typically acknowledge the inconvenience, create a credit, and provide you with a copy of the credit memo for your record.
