Keep in mind because Prenatal Essentials is a multivitamin, you may not need to take additional B vitamin complexes or mineral complexes unless otherwise directed by your healthcare professional.

Side Effects:
Side effects include:
- anxiety or irritability
- sleeplessness
- nausea
- orange-colored urine
If this product is taken when you are already feeling energized, or alongside additional B vitamins or additional trace minerals, anxiety and irritability are more likely to occur. It’s often not needed to take additional B vitamins or minerals when taking Prenatal Essentials.
Nausea may occur if this product is taken on an empty stomach. Always take with food.
Disrupted sleep is more likely to occur if this product is taken within 5 hours of bedtime.
Orange-colored or bright yellow urine may occur due to the riboflavin (vitamin B2). This is normal and simply caused by the natural color of riboflavin.
