1. Remove "Consult healthcare practitioner prior to use." from caution statement

2. Update Folate amount from 470 mcg to 600 mcg DFE (353 mcg)  100%

3. Remove LifePQQ from supp facts, TM attritution statements, and the logo

4. In place of PQQ, add: S-Acetyl-L-Glutathione (Emothion) 5 mg  *

5. Change selenium form to: (as Selenium Glycinate) (Albion)

6. Update other ingredients to: vegetarian capsule (hypromellose and water), leucine, and rice bran wax.

7. Capsule changed from size 00 to 00 elongated. 

Reformulation of active and inactive ingredients and changed capsule size from 00EL to 00 (November 2021)

Updates to formulation allowed for a slightly smaller capsule size.
