1. Remove "Consult healthcare practitioner prior to use." from caution statement

2. Update Folate amount from 470 mcg to 600 mcg DFE (353 mcg)  100%

3. Remove LifePQQ from supp facts, TM attritution statements, and the logo

4. In place of PQQ, add: S-Acetyl-L-Glutathione (Emothion) 5 mg  *

5. Change selenium form to: (as Selenium Glycinate)(Albion)

6. Update other ingredients to: vegetarian capsule (hypromellose and water), leucine, and rice bran wax.

11/1/2025 Lowered the Folate amount from 1,360 mcg 227% of daily value to 600 MCG which is 100% of the daily value

Reformulation of active and inactive ingredients and changed capsule size from 00EL to 00 (November 2021)

Updates to formulation allowed for slightly smaller capsule size.
