How to use ProBiota HistaminXUpdated 6 hours ago

A major cause of histamine intolerance is histamine-producing bacteria located in the digestive system. Research shows people with histamine intolerance often have an overabundance of histamine-secreting bacteria.22 By taking probiotics, such as ProBiota HistaminX , which support healthy histamine levels, one may experience feeling healthy.†
Histamine-friendly probiotics support the following health areas: †
| • Skin1 | • Heart7 |
| • Immune system function2 | • Blood vessels8 |
| • Liver3 | • Bones9 |
| • Intestines4 | • Uterus10 |
| • Nose, sinuses, and lungs5 | • Adrenals and kidneys11,12 |
| • Brain and nerves6 | • Stomach13 |
Why do histamine-friendly probiotics support these areas of health?†
• High histamine levels in blood primarily come from the bacteria found in your large and small intestines, also known as your microbiome.14
• If high histamine gets absorbed by the intestines, it gets into the bloodstream and flows throughout the body.
• One indirectly supports all organs by supporting healthy histamine levels in the gut.
• These probiotics also create helpful substances for our bodies, such as B vitamins and short-chain fatty acids.15
How to take ProBiota HistaminX :
• It’s best to take probiotics after your last meal of the day, so they have time to establish residence inside your digestive system.†
• We use an acid-resistant capsule, which protects the probiotics from stomach acid, so it’s best to keep them inside the capsule.
• Can’t swallow the capsule? Open it, pour the contents into a bite of food, and then eat it as the last bite of your meal. By doing this, you may lose some of the potency as the bacteria will be exposed more to your stomach acid. Since you’re taking it with food, you are reducing the loss.
• Do not put the capsule contents into a smoothie or juice—you likely won’t get the dosage as it may stick to the side of the container.
Do I need a prebiotic when taking ProBiota HistaminX ?
• Prebiotics are essentially fiber that dissolves in water and forms a gel.
• Prebiotics are naturally found in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
• We do not include prebiotics in ProBiota HistaminX as many people are intolerant.
• When you take ProBiota HistaminX after dinner, you naturally provide the prebiotics.
• Many prebiotics, such as inulin, FOS, and beta-glucan, contribute to significant side effects such as gas and bloating.
How much ProBiota HistaminX to take:
• When the beneficial bacteria from Probiota HistaminX are introduced to the microbiome, the microbial population changes. This leads to something called ‘gut remodeling.’†
• Gut remodeling causes symptoms of gas, bloating, nausea, headaches, and altered bowel movement frequency.
• Start with 1 capsule after dinner.
• If you’re experiencing significant gas and bloating the next day, do not take another capsule until your digestive system calms down.
• Once your digestive system calms down a bit, take another capsule after dinner.
• Continue observing your response and work up to taking 1 capsule each night after dinner.
Is ProBiota HistaminX OK to ship without an ice pack? Keep out of the fridge?
• Yes. We have tested the stability of ProBiota HistaminX in high heat environments. It maintains stability in hot temperatures.
• We use a special container called a CSP vial which is incredibly effective at protecting the probiotics.16
• You may keep it stored in a dark, room-temperature area of your home.
• You may store it in your refrigerator.
Who can take ProBiota HistaminX ?
• May be used by all ages 4 years and up.
• May be used by vegans and vegetarians and is gluten-free and dairy-free.
• Pregnant and breastfeeding women may use it, and it’s recommended to do so.
• High histamine during pregnancy can be associated with pregnancy complications.
• High histamine levels during breastfeeding may be associated with infant eczema and colic.

Careful with taking ProBiota HistaminX if:
• You have short bowel syndrome
• You are immunocompromised
• You have a severe illness
• If any of the above, please consult your doctor
When to stop using ProBiota HistaminX :
• You typically notice the most significant changes when you start using a supplement.
• Once your body is adequately supported, adjust your dose as needed.
• You may find that 1 capsule each night works well for you long term or you may find that 1 capsule every few nights works best for you.
Signs of excessive use of ProBiota HistaminX :
• Constipation is a sign of excessive use.
• Histamine supports healthy bowel movements. If histamine levels are too low, then constipation may occur.
How to counter side effects of ProBiota HistaminX :
• Discontinue use until bowels move regularly again, once daily at a minimum.
• Eat high-histamine foods or drinks to support a healthy histamine level.
• Consider sipping kombucha, apple cider vinegar, or lemon juice.
How long does ProBiota HistaminX stay in the body?
• Typically, probiotic strains survive in the gut between 3-10 days.
• Probiotics do not permanently colonize the gut.
• They remain alive in the colon for a short period of time.
• Each probiotic strain has a different survivability.
• Daily intake is recommended to maintain sufficient colonization.21†
