In order to help reduce the instance of common side effects, consider consuming a lower quantity of capsules but more frequently throughout the day. According to Dr Lynch, this is a bit better tolerated than taking the full dose of capsules just once a day.

These side-effects are more likely if the recommended dosage is exceeded, if you are taking too high of a dose when first starting, or if taken on an empty stomach. Always take this product with food if you find that you may be sensitive to them on an empty stomach, and in divided doses throughout the day. Dr. Ben Lynch recommends starting with a small dose and only working your way up if needed. He always suggests the Pulse Method as outlined in his book “Dirty Genes”.
