Why is the amount or daily value on my product so high compared to other products on the market?Updated 4 months ago

The amount of vitamins present in Dr Lynch's formulas was a choice made by him as a naturopathic physician who formulated Seeking Health supplements. He is familiar with deficiencies on both a enzymatic /genetic level and a cellular level, and research associated with those deficiencies. The higher-dose products are to address deficiencies or for physicians to prescribe to their clients who are looking for a high dose of nutrients. The RDA/Daily Value is the amount created by the National institute of Health to prevent deficiency-related diseases in the average adult. It does not consider currently lifestyle, weight, height, age or other factors that may influence one's needs for nutrients. These RDAs are geared at all food sources - diet including supplements. However the average modern diet tends to be deficient in many of these requirements. If this is too high for you and is not recommended by your doctor, you may break open the capsules, cut lozenges, or take half a scoop of many of our products and work your way up only if needed. Always follow the recommendations by your healthcare professional.
