What types of omega fatty acids, saturated fats, and unsaturated fats are in Optimal PC?Updated 8 months ago

Optimal PC is not standardized to provide a significant amount of Omegas, including omega 3 and omega 6. This formulation is intended to provide a potent dose of phospholipids to support neurological function and brain health. However testing confirms that the ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3 is 60/1.  Linoleic acid (omega 6) is not known to increase inflammation, as other omega 6 fatty acids do.
