  • Active Folate

Two natural folates are added by Dr. Lynch. There is no unnatural folic acid. L-methylfolate supports healthy methylation while folinic acid supports healthy blood cells, platelets, skin and neurotransmitters.

  • Bioavailable B12

'Adeno' and 'Methyl' are known as superior forms of vitamin B12 that your body can readily utilize, acting as coenzymes to power important enzymes. Bioactive B12 supports healthy energy production, detoxification and is required to utilize folate for methylation processes.

  • VitaCholine®

90% of pregnant women are deficient in choline. This nutrient is essential for healthy brain development, methylation processes, cell wall strength, and genetic expression during fetal development. Choline also supports the health of the mothers gallbladder.

  • D3 and K2

Current research demonstrates that pregnant women require 4,000 IU (100 mcg) of vitamin D3. Taking D3 requires vitamin K2 in sufficient amounts. These two nutrients support every cellular process that occurs during pregnancy for both mother and developing baby.

  • Milk thistle, Ginger Root & B6

Support mother's comfort and digestion due to occasional nausea or morning sickness.

  • Vitamin A

This essential vitamin is critical for healthy fetal development. Most prenatals do not use retinyl palmitate, the active form of vitamin A. Dr. Lynch uses this form of vitamin A as it supports healthy  eye, skin, bone, and immune system health in both the mother and developing baby .
