Seeking Health's phospholipid complex in Optimal PC is a purified form of lecithin which has about 15% phosphatidylcholine and other phospholipids, such as phosphatidylethanolamine. Lecithin products generally are powdered and dried on a carrier, often times yielding a lower potency of phospholipids.

All of our liposomals contain this same phospholipid complex.
