What are the warnings and side effects of using Bile Nutrients?Updated a month ago

Common side effects of Bile Nutrients may include but are not limited to, slight cramping and gas. If this occurs, Dr. Lynch suggests reducing the dosage in half or more, and be sure you're taking it with food. Talk to your health professional about drinking peppermint tea or applying castor oil over the area of cramping to support side effects.

Cramping and gas may occur from the bile acting as an anti-bacterial in the small intestine. Some bacteria is naturally found in the small intestine while high amounts of bacteria should not. Those with Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth may need to start with 1/4 the suggested amount and consume with dinner. Dr. Lynch states that this might help the potential cramping and gas to occur while sleeping and is gone by morning. Talk to your health professional about Dr. Lynch's suggestions of continuing to use Bile Nutrients to support normal levels of bacteria in the small intestine.
