Trace Minerals Complex II Dr. Lynch product Q&AUpdated 4 hours ago

Question
Answer
Aren’t zinc and copper “opposites” so to speak and if you supp with zinc you can throw your balance off without copper? Just trying to understand why it would be good to supplement without copper if you are taking with zinc? Thank you. I take several of these but separate and am looking for a solid combination. Thanks Dr. Lynch

Hi Lisa -

Great point.

Some people are already high in copper and they actually want to lower it.

If you're wanting a comprehensive multi-mineral blend, and you want copper, then go with Trace Mineral Complex.

Always take minerals and multivitamins with food.

How is this different than Trace Minerals Complex - ingred look same?

Hi Lisa -

They are very similar yes.

The difference here is Trace Mineral Complex II does not contain Copper.

That's the only difference.
