Suggested use changed from "do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep" to "Take before bed to support healthy sleep duration." 

The original suggested use was accounting for individuals who have a SNP where serotonin may keep them awake. However, this does not apply to most people and was leading to confusion.
