How do I join the Seeking Health Rewards Program?

Joining the Seeking Health Rewards Program is quick, easy and completely free! Simply create an account on our website by navigating to the top right of the homepage under the ‘My Account’ section or you can click on this link. Once you’ve verified your email address, you’ll automatically be credited with your $10 sign-on bonus to use on your first purchase. You'll start earning points immediately with your first purchase and through various engagement activities. There are no fees to join, and you can begin accumulating points right away to unlock exclusive rewards and benefits.

How do I earn points?

There are multiple ways to earn points in the Seeking Health Rewards Program. You'll earn points with every purchase you make on our website, with each dollar spent translating into rewards points. Additionally, you can earn bonus points through activities such as creating an account, celebrating your birthday, writing product reviews, referring friends and family, following us on social media, and engaging with our brand. The more you shop and interact with Seeking Health, the more points you'll accumulate toward valuable rewards.

How can I redeem my points?

Redeeming your points is simple and straightforward. The most common way is to add your items to cart, and redeem points via the discount code box at checkout. Alternatively, you can log into your account and select the reward you would like to redeem. If that results in a coupon code, apply your coupon code at checkout with your next order.  

Do my points expire?

Rewards programs are a fantastic way to save on future purchases, but understanding how they work is key to getting the most out of your benefits. One common question is: "Do my rewards points expire?" The short answer is yes—your rewards points expire after 6 months of inactivity.

However, there’s good news! If you make a purchase within 5 months—or at any time before your points are set to expire—all of your rewards points will be extended by an additional 6 months from the date of that purchase. This means you can continue accumulating and redeeming points as long as you stay active in the program.

Here’s an example to clarify:

  • You earn rewards points on January 1st.
  • If you don’t place another order, those points will expire on July 1st.
  • However, if you place an order on June 15th, all your rewards points will reset, and the new expiration date will be December 15th—6 months from your most recent order.

Tips for Keeping Your Rewards Active:

  1. Set Reminders: Use a calendar or reminder app to track when your points will expire so you can plan a purchase in advance.
  2. Small Purchases Count: Even a small order will reset the expiration date on your rewards points.
  3. Redeem Regularly: Don’t let points go to waste! Keep an eye on your balance and use them toward discounts on items you love.

Are my points refundable?

Rewards points are not refundable once used towards a purchase. Rewards points are refunded only if the order is cancelled.
