Can I take this when breastfeeding? Do you know if creatine is OK while breastfeeding? And how much? Thanks | Hi Anna - Yes you may. Creatine is actually great during breastfeeding. In health, |
Ok yes that’s an bummer you had to donate it all! And just for the record, we loved it even though it had clumping. I was coming back for BOGO for as many as I could buy!! lol. Thank you for the suggestions. We do take your optimal electrolyte and fish oil. My husband takes your testosterone too and loves it. I’ll add in testosterone. Can I take throughout my cycle or days 5-14 ish since it has DIM in it? Thank you! Can’t wait to see what you come up with for your preworkout! 💪🏻 | Hi Stephanie - I am glad you still loved it. It was not easy for me to donate it but it just didn't hold up to the standards we have. Ask my team to see if we still have some - and say you can have it for free :) Give them a call. There is not much DIM in there especially at 1/4 of the suggested use so you'll be fine. The added DHEA offsets that for you. Do keep in mind how you're feeling though as you are present with you and I'm not :) If you have a big drop of estrogen after ovulation and find it hard to be calm and collected, that may be a big drop in serotonin as well. Consider Serotonin Nutrients after ovulation if you need healthy mood support for that time period. In health, |
Hi! When I saw this was out of stock, I figured you were redoing the formula BUT my husband and I love this!! So while we can’t wait for the new to come out, we are sad lol, and are curious if you suggest another caffeine free preworkout in the meantime. His muscles feel less sore and he doesn’t wake up sore when he takes it (with or without a workout). I’m thinking the increased blood flow is helping me more than just for workouts, as I’m healing from EBV and if my neck feels wonky it usually seems to take that away. I love the tingly feeling; my husband doesn’t even notice that feeling but both of us are benefiting! If you have a suggestion that would be great, and then I promise we will be back when yours comes out!! Thank you! | Hi Stephanie - I hear you. It is a bummer. There was one ingredient in here that just ruined the consistency of the product so much that we had to donate it. I have an even better formulation that I need to get made. Consider:
Sauna! :) Here's a guide on how best to sauna: In health, |
Hello! I often workout in the morning (always after a solid 30-50g protein breakfast) and get into the weirdest mood mid workout. I always get a mood boost if I'm in an off mood but if I'm in a GREAT mood with HIGH energy then the workout throws that off. Do you think this might help? I spit electrolytes during my workout. I don't use yours as I just recently discovered about your amazing company but maybe I should use yours instead! Thanks so much. MTHFR C677T (+/-): reduced folate metabolism. COMT V158M (+/-) and VDR Taq (+/+): impaired estrogen and catecholamine clearance, heightened sensitivity to methyl donors. CBS C699T (+/-): potential sulfur sensitivity, excess ammonia, rapid transsulfuration pathway. MTRR A66G (+/+) and MTR A2756G (+/-): increased B12 demand, poor recycling. CYP1B1 and CYP3A4 variants (+/-): estrogen detox pathway sluggishness. SOD2 (+/+): impaired mitochondrial antioxidant defense, especially against estrogen metabolites. | Hi Goldie - I do think the Pre-Workout Nutrients would help but I am redoing the formulation. For now, I'd like you to use a lozenge of Brain Nutrients just prior to working out along with a serving of Optimal Electrolyte. This should make a big difference in supporting a healthy workout and healthy mood during.* In health, |
Is this a fizzy drink? I see malic acid in the ingredients. | Hi Melissa - It is not fizzy no - The malic acid is more for tartness so it tastes better. It's more like a very faint lemon taste - very dilute. Nice actually. The powder is a bit thicker consistency than you're used to and that's due to the HydroPrime ingredient. It still scoops and dissolves in water very well. Have a great workout! You'll see :) In health, |
Is niacin hiding in this supplement anywhere? I had a reaction to it which felt like a niacin flush except my breathing got a bit weird and I started coughing so it could be an allergic reaction. Not sure what caused it but certainly afraid to try it again if I am allergic to something in it. | Hi Monica - No niacin. The feeling you had is like a niacin flush a bit. Tingling in the ears, warm sensation. That's from the beta-alanine. I suspect you were nervous about the feeling which then altered your breathing. Try using half the amount you used prior. The beta-alanine is very supportive of healthy exercise performance. People tend to get used to the beta-alanine over time. The first month of use is the most intense and then the tingling reduces considerably. In health, |
Would this be beneficial for recovery after a workout, or is it only designed to benefit pre-workout? | Hi Kate - It's a supplement designed to support healthy performance while working out and the healthy recovery post-workout as well - the benefits align.* It taking this, you will notice healthy recovery compared to not taking it. That said, consuming protein post-workout is a must. I like goat whey and some collagen. I'm working on making both of these products for people as we speak. You'll note that our pre-workout is non stim - it's simply designed for performance not a mental insane jolt. The preworkout has an interesting consistency to it because of the HydroPrime - which is a glycerol based hydrating nutrient. It dissolves well in water and performs as designed. In health, |
Hi! I am wondering if this would help raise testosterone naturally if given a boost to weight lift lol. I am a 41 year old female and my testosterone is on the low end of normal. It was a 13 and free testosterone was 0.6. I do have low or no libido and have always thought it was my progesterone. Well, maybe it still is, but it could also be this. I would like to try to gently or naturally raise it if possible to see if I noticed any difference. I recently added the 5000 iu capsule of d3/k2 and stress nutrients to combat anxiety and it’s working. I also take lithium orotate at night to help me fall asleep as that’s when I tend to lay thinking about everything. Thank you for any thoughts you might have on this! | Hi Steph - I'm glad to hear that the Vitamin D3 + K2 and Stress Nutrients are helping with your anxiety :).* That's great news! There are no ingredients in the Pre-Workout Nutrients that would raise testosterone levels. It does however help to preserve or build muscle, depending on the type of training you do. You are starting to get into the age bracket where this becomes important. Here are some ways you can support your testosterone production:
You may want to get your DHEA levels checked with your healthcare practitioner. This can often be a reason for low testosterone in women. All the best :) Elizma Lambert (ElizmaLambert.com) |
I noticed there are natural flavors in pre-workout nutrients. Everything I read says to avoid natural flavors. Please explain. We also use the electrolyte drink. Thank you! | Hi Jen - The term of natural flavors has been seriously diluted along with organic. Big food is to blame on this. "You may have noticed that Seeking Health's flavored chewables, powders, liquids, and lozenges are flavored with "natural flavors", which is shown in the "Other Ingredients" of the product label. Here at Seeking Health quality and purity are of utmost importance to us. Dr. Ben Lynch only sources ingredients that he, himself, and his family would consume, resulting in some of the highest quality flavoring blends on the market. "Natural flavors” found in Seeking Health products are flavoring constituents sourced from natural plants or microbial fermentation that serve as a taste enhancement. Unlike artificial flavors, the flavoring must be derived from a plant, animal, animal byproduct, or fermentation byproduct obtained from 182.10, 182.20, 182.40, 182.50, part 184, or 172.510 of this chapter.” (FDA Electronic Code of Federal Regulations - 101.22). Note that the FDA defines “natural flavor” as follows: “The term natural flavor or natural flavoring means the essential oil, oleoresin, essence or extractive, protein hydrolysate, distillate, or any product of roasting, heating or enzymolysis, which contains the flavoring constituents derived from a spice, fruit or fruit juice, vegetable or vegetable juice, edible yeast, herb, bark, bud, root, leaf or similar plant material, meat, seafood, poultry, eggs, dairy products, or fermentation products thereof, whose significant function in food is flavoring rather than nutritional. Natural flavors include the natural essence or extractives obtained from plants listed in 182.10, 182.20, 182.40, and 182.50 and part 184 of this chapter, and the substances listed in 172.510 of this chapter.” (FDA Electronic Code of Federal Regulations - 101.22)" In health, |
Recently, I received the Pre Workout nutrients product. I also own your SH Electrolytes. Confused as to which one provides more benefit to take. I’m assuming the electrolytes powder is beneficial throughout the day, whereas Pre-W powder is protocol driven for “pre - workout” only?! Thank you for your time. | Hi CS - You got it. Here's what I recommend:
Enjoy the performance! Great combination :) In health, |
So wierd but im suffer from depression after working out, it's like I wanna cry and just feel so unmotivated with everything. Could this help? Or dopamine nutrients? I've read somewhere that low dopamine could be the case but I'm not sure, that's why I'm asking the expert here :) | Hi Anna - Expert, eh? We'll have to see what my wife thinks of that statement. :) I like your pick of the Pre-Workout Nutrients. Here's why:

Keep me posted. In health, |
Can I take this while breastfeeding? Also can I take creatine while breastfeeding? | Hi Anna - Yes you may. Your baby benefits from creatine as well as creatine supports healthy brain development. In health, |
Thank you for this recommendation. I’m excited to try it. I noticed this supplement says wheat free. Is this also gluten free and Celiac safe? I have Celiac Disease and need to confirm before I order. | Hi Amanda - Yes, this supplement is tested gluten-free. We are updating the allergen graphics across the site to be more clear. Enjoy it! Sip it about 30 minutes prior to working out and if you want, you can finish it during your workout. It's best combined with Optimal Electrolyte. Consider adding 1/4 tsp additional sodium (table salt) to Optimal Electrolyte if you're sweating a lot while working out. In health, |
What makes the Pre-Workout powder not vegan? Due to severe allergies, I have to avoid all mammal products. | Hello Kerri, In Health, |
Hi, I'm wondering, since there was a big issue with the previous electrolyte powder with HydroPrime®️, if there is also the same clumping issue with this pre-workout? | Hi Brandon - Great question. The biggest issue with HydroPrime was when it was effervescent electrolytes. That said, there is some mild clumping with the Pre-Workout Nutrients but it still dissolves very well once you scoop it and put into water. In the next lot, we will remove the HydroPrime from the Pre-Workout Nutrients and use more creatine and adding in more arginine precursors. The performance of the Pre-Workout Nutrients is still good to go and people are experiencing great results - so we are happy to keep offering it as is. If we notice any issues, we will change our stance but as of now, it's performing well. In health, |
what is the "natural flavor" added? | Hi Gabriela - They are derived from fruits using a fermentation process. There is no MSG in it. Despite the fermentation process, there is no histamine remaining. I have histamine issues and do very well with this. The flavor is also very very mild. In health, |
I would appreciate, If You could Tell me: is IT safe for my mom-65 years old, with some cardiovascular problems- but they are stabile now, and knee problems, obesity? I would give her only 1/4 or 1/2 tablespoon. For me this product is excelent Thank You ! | Hi Adriana - Yes, it's safe for her. Keep an eye on her blood pressure. Low blood pressure is a common cause for falls in the elderly. Doctors often medicate and then walk away for months leaving their patients unmonitored. Check her blood pressure and make sure it's not lower than 120/80 I'd look into our Joint Nutrients for her knees. She would take 1 capsule upon waking and 1 capsule before bed. In health, |
Is this safe to take while breastfeeding very limitedly? | Hi Elizabeth - Absolutely. You may use as needed - no restriction needed. In health, |
If I usually take creatine and l carnitine prior to working out do I still take that if I start using this? | Hi Kathleen - You will not need to take either of those if you take this. In health, |
What is the flavor? | Hi Paula - It is a very, very mild lemonade flavor. One hardly tastes it - by design. It's very neutral and easy to drink. In health, |
