Does P-5-P contain gluten or grains?

P-5-P is gluten-free. 

P-5-P does not contain grains. However, this formula contains ascorbyl palmitate which is derived in part from highly purified corn oil. Due to the processes used to manufacture the finished ingredients, the final product is free from corn proteins. 

Is P-5-P free from GMOs?

Testing confirms that P-5-P is free from GMO markers. 

Are there any warnings or side effects when using P-5-P? 

Warnings

Not suitable for children under 4 years of age. For children of any age, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional who can determine an appropriate dose or whether this product is safe for them to take. 

If you are being treated for any condition or are currently taking any medications, consult with your healthcare professional before considering the use of this product. 

For pregnant and breastfeeding women, please talk to your qualified healthcare professional before considering the use of this product as this product has not been tested for safety in these groups. 

Side Effects

Side effects of P-5-P may cause: 

  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Stomach pain
  • Loss of appetite
  • Headache
  • Tingling
  • Changes in sleep habits

These side-effects are more likely if the recommended dosage is exceeded, if you are taking too high of a dose when first starting, or if taken on an empty stomach. Always take this product with food and in divided doses throughout the day. Dr. Ben Lynch recommends starting with a small dose and only working your way up if needed. He always suggests the Pulse Method as outlined in his book “Dirty Genes”.
