1. Updated Selenium form from High Selenium Yeast (SelenoExcell®) to Selenium Glycinate (Albion®️) 

2. Removed Thiamin 

3. Added Benfotiamine 50 mg

4. Reduced Vitamin E amount from 50 mg 333% to 15 mg 100% 

5. Update Vitamin E form mixed tocopherols to (as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate) 

6. Reduced B6 amount from 10mg 1,176% to 5 mg 294% DV 

7. Reduced Selenium amount from 75 mcg 136% DV to 55 mcg 100% DV 

8. Add to other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose. 

9. Update biotin DV to 1,667%

1. New formula details: We closely matched this formulation to the Multivitamin One. Differences are:

2. INCREASED:  Vitamin A, Chromium, Boron, mixed tocopherols.

3. REMOVED:  Vitamin C, Manganese, Potassium, herbs/botanicals, CoQ10, l-leucine.

4. DECREASED:  Vitamin E, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Pantothenic acid, Zinc, selenium, ascorbyl palmitate, silica.

5. ADDED:  Vitamin K, Vitamin D.

6. CHANGED:  Capsule size, serving size. (One capsule per serving, it used to be 4 capsules per serving)

This formulation no longer contains magnesium, manganese, potassium, ashwagandha, eleuthero root, ginseng and CoQ10.
