Updating your address is an important step to ensure your orders and subscriptions arrive at the correct location. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you update your address and make any necessary changes to your subscriptions.
Updating Your Address in Your Account
Log in to Your Account:
- Visit the website and log in to your account.
Access "My Account":
- Click on the small person icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.
- From the dropdown menu, select "My Account."
Edit Your Address:
Navigate to "My Addresses" in your account settings.
In the blank space on the right, enter your new address.
Click "Add Address" to save your changes.
Note: This updates the address for general orders but does not change the shipping address on your subscriptions.
Updating Shipping Address for Subscriptions
If you have active subscriptions, you'll need to update their shipping addresses separately.
Log in and Go to Subscriptions:
- Click on the small person icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select "My Subscriptions" from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to Address Settings:
- On the left-hand side of the subscriptions page, click on the "Address and Payment Details" tab.
Add or Update a New Address:
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Manage Address."
- At the top of the screen, click "Add a New Address" in the black box.
- Fill in your new address details.
Set the Address for Your Subscriptions:
- Choose one of the following options:
- Use this address for all my products: This updates the address for all items in your subscription to the one you just entered.
- Keep products with different addresses separate: This option allows you to maintain multiple addresses for different subscription products. If you choose this, you’ll need to update the address for each subscription manually.

Manually Updating Addresses for Individual Subscriptions
View Upcoming Orders:
- In the subscription section, click "View Upcoming Orders."
Edit the Address for a Specific Product:
- Next to the subscription product you want to update, click "Edit."
- At the top-right corner, click "Edit Address."
- Enter the new address and save your changes.
Tips for Address Management
- Always double-check your address to avoid delivery issues.
- If you have multiple addresses for different subscriptions, keep a record to simplify future updates.
