How to Cancel or Reschedule Your Subscription
Managing your subscription is simple and straightforward. Follow the steps below to reschedule, skip, or cancel your subscription based on your needs.
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
- Visit our website and log in to your account.
- Click on the small person icon located in the top right corner of the page.
- From the dropdown menu, select My Account.
Step 2: Access Your Subscriptions
- In the My Account dashboard, click on My Subscriptions.
- Locate the subscription you'd like to manage and click on Manage Subscriptions.
Step 3: Manage Your Subscription
- Under the product you wish to update, click on Manage This Subscription.
- Here, you’ll see several options:
- To reschedule your subscription, select the appropriate date from the calendar.
- To skip a delivery, click the corresponding box for skipping.
Step 4: Canceling Your Subscription
- If you wish to cancel your subscription, scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click on Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
