If you select “Pay with HSA/FSA,” you’ll complete the quick assessment and, if approved, pay with your HSA/FSA card immediately. If you choose reimbursement, you can pay with any card, complete the assessment, receive your LMN, and then submit your receipt + LMN to your HSA/FSA administrator.
