Suggested Use

30 minutes before your workout, mix 2 heaping scoops into 8 to 10 oz of filtered water. Sip over a period of 1-5 minutes. Do not chug. For first-time use and lighter intensity workouts, consider using 1 heaping scoop. Use as directed by your healthcare professional
