How do I use Glutathione Plus Lozenge?Updated a month ago

Take one lozenge by mouth as needed, with or without food. Slowly chew, allow to fully dissolve, then swallow. Use as directed by your healthcare professional. 

 

Do not use it within 2 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep. 

 

Since this is a lower potency glutathione supplement, pregnant women may use it as needed. Talk with your healthcare professional prior to using.

 

There are some days you’re exposed to more chemicals than others. These days, you likely want to support healthy glutathione levels with Glutathione Plus Lozenge.

 

On days where your chemical exposures are low, you may not need to supplement.

 

There are common times that one should consider supplementing with Glutathione Plus Lozenge:

  • Airplane travel. Take right as you get on the airplane.
  • Long road trips. Take as needed. The more exhaust you breathe, the more glutathione you need.
  • Prior to getting into a sauna
  • Upon waking up in the morning. Keep it on your bedstand.
  • Fuzzy, cloudy head
  • Poor memory recall occassionally
  • Reduced cognitive function periodically. Keep a bottle right on your desk at work.
  • Cooking for extended periods of time and breathing in the smoke or gas fumes.
  • After a grueling competition of any type
  • After being sick
  • After being in a hot tub or swimming pool
  • After being exposed to chemicals that bother you such as chlorine, formaldehyde, cigarette smoke, fragrances, paint, oils, gas, exhaust fumes
