How do I use Energy Nutrients?Updated a month ago

Suggested Use

For best results, place 1/2 to 1 lozenge in mouth upon waking, allow to slowly dissolve, then swallow. May also be taken prior to, or during, exercise. Always use away from food by at least 1 hour. Use as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.

Warnings

Consult with your healthcare professional prior to use. Diabetics and those with metabolic disorders should not use. Discontinue use if symptoms of fatigue occur from use. Do not use if tamper seal is damaged.
