How do I use Brain Nutrients?Updated a month ago

 

As needed, take 1 to 2 lozenges by mouth, let them completely dissolve, then swallow. 

Do not use within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep. 

If needed, the lozenge may be broken in half or quarters. 

 

There are common times that one should consider supplementing with Brain Nutrients:

  • Waking up in the morning
  • Time zone changes
  • At work
  • At school
  • Before giving, or listening to, a presentation
  • Driving long distances
  • To enhance the effectiveness, and duration of Dopamine Nutrients, Optimal Focus or Serotonin Nutrients
  • Before or after drinking alcohol
  • Writing
  • Reading
  • Gaming
  • Competitions of any type (academic, sport, gaming, etc)

 

Essentially, take a lozenge or two any time you’re using brain power and you feel you need to support healthy cognitive performance. †
