Can I take Energy Nutrients and a niacin supplement as well?Updated a month ago

Because each individual has different daily requirements for each vitamin and mineral depending on a number of factors such as diet, metabolism, medical conditions, genetics, size, age, etc., there is no one-size-fits-all dosage recommendation. For some individuals, combining these products may provide too much niacin. Do note that these products provide different forms of niacin and that stacking them may not have the same effects as combining two products that contain the same form, e.g. nicotinic acid. Energy Nutrients contains a very small amount of niacin as PANMOL® NADHmicro, compared to our Niacin capsule. As with all supplements, we recommend that you consult with a healthcare professional prior to combining supplements or beginning a new supplementation routine.

A qualified medical professional should be able to provide you with some tests to determine your levels of these nutrients and help assess the best supplemental dose to suit your particular needs.
