Side Effects

Side effects of Vitamin C Powder may include:

  • Abdominal cramps or pain
  • Chest pain
  • Dental erosion
  • Dizziness
  • Diarrhea
  • Faintness
  • Fatigue
  • Flushing
  • Gut blockage
  • Headache
  • Heartburn

If you believe that you are experiencing any adverse reactions, please see your healthcare professional immediately. Each individual may react differently to any product or supplement. We always recommend that you consult with your healthcare professional before considering the use of Vitamin C Powder or any supplement.

These side-effects are more likely if the recommended dosage is exceeded, if you are taking too high of a dose when first starting,  or if taken on an empty stomach. Always take this product with food and in divided doses throughout the day. Dr. Ben Lynch recommends starting with a small dose and only working your way up if needed. He always suggests the Pulse Method as outlined in his book “Dirty Genes”.
