Warnings

Though this product is intended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, you should always consult their healthcare practitioner prior to use as you may be especially sensitive to dietary supplements, and each individual may react differently to any product depending on lifestyle, preexisting conditions and genetic factors.

Side Effects

Side effects of this formula may include, but are not limited to:

  • Anxiety
  • Restlessness
  • Flushed skin
  • Mild rash
  • Itchy skin
  • Feeling warm
  • Nausea
  • Leg cramps
  • Metallic taste in mouth
  • Muscle pain
  • Upset stomach
  • Belching
  • Gas
  • Diarrhea
  • Mild dizziness

These side-effects are more likely if the recommended dosage is exceeded, if you are taking too high of a dose when first starting out,  or if taken on an empty stomach. Always take this product with food and in divided doses throughout the day. Dr. Ben Lynch recommends starting with a small dose and only working your way up if needed. He always suggests the Pulse Method as outlined in his book “Dirty Genes”.

If you believe that you are experiencing any adverse reactions, please see your healthcare professional immediately and discontinue use. Each individual may react differently to any product or supplement due to lifestyle, genetics and preexisting conditions.
